I truly can’t say enough good things about Ascend Finance Corp. I found them late one night while desperately researching debt settlement during one of many sleepless nights. I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and honestly scared about what my financial future might look like.

I have always been someone who pays every bill on time. I’ve never been behind, never late. So finding myself in financial hardship after a major life change that drastically affected my income — along with significant hospital and medical bills — was incredibly humbling. It’s not easy to admit you need help, especially when you’ve always handled everything on your own.

From the very first conversation, Ireny treated me with such kindness, patience, and dignity. She never made me feel ashamed of my situation. She listened. She reassured me. She carefully walked me through every option available and explained everything in a way that made sense when my mind was clouded with stress.

What truly meant the most to me was her honesty. She could have easily pushed me toward their in-house debt settlement program. Instead, she thoughtfully laid out the pros and cons of each path (Bankruptcy, Debt Management (with non Profit Debt Management company) and Debt Settlement) and made sure I understood what each choice would mean long term. She wasn’t trying to “sell” me anything — she was trying to protect me.

Not once did I feel judged. Not once did I feel pressured. During one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life, I felt respected, supported, and genuinely cared about.

After gaining clarity, I ultimately chose to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Even then, Ireny didn’t try to steer me in another direction. In fact, she honestly told me that in my situation, bankruptcy would likely provide the protection and structure I needed. She encouraged me to find the right attorney, asked thoughtful questions about the payment terms, and even expressed how relieved she was that I found a lawyer who factored in worst-case scenarios and offered reasonable payment options.

That level of integrity is rare. That level of compassion is even rarer.

I am deeply grateful for the guidance, transparency, and humanity I experienced with Ascend Finance Corp. If you are navigating financial hardship and feeling overwhelmed, you deserve someone who will treat you with honesty and respect — and that is exactly what you’ll find here.

I highly recommend Ascend Finance. They helped me through a debt relief program, and working with them was the best decision I could have made. They took care of all my debts and handled everything in a timely, professional manner.
The entire team was great, but I worked mostly with Hinten, and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond and made the whole process so much easier. I truly recommend this company — and Hinten is the best.

I worked with Chelsea and she was the best thing that could have came into my life at that moment. I was in such a downward spiral financially and then emotionally.

She was patient kind and listened to my entire story. She responded to everything authentically. It was easy to tell she wasn't just trying to match an attorney.

And to my amazement the more we talked? She must have been making notes or something. But rather than just not talk to me because I couldn't do what I reached out for? She found another path that actually works and now I have a 15 minute consultation tomorrow.

Ascend needs to give her all the things. Family and friends often dont care this much or are so willing to go above and beyond the cookie cutter ideas. She wants to provide personalized solutions based on our conversations and she didn't give up until she found it.

Ben and his assistant Jeffrey from Ascend Finance did an awesome job helping me to find an attorney who could talk with me openly and honestly about Chapter 13 as an option for my financial situation. Before finding out about Ascend's bankruptcy calculators, I was stuck on a wheel of countless offers for consolidation loans, but always steered towards debt settlement or debt management plans over and over again due to my credit score and high utilization percentage. Based on data I entered into Ascend's calculator, Ben and Jeffrey reviewed my situation and quickly connected me with a skillful, experienced bankruptcy attorney. I finally feel like I'm on the best path to being debt free; one that will save me a lot more money than any of the debt settlement or debt management programs that other companies and agencies have offered me... THANKS Ben, Jeffrey and Ascend!!
