Are you considering Uprova and wondering what the reviews state about the company?

As a background, Uprova helps with personal loans. They've been around for 8 years, and have a few different types of loans. On their website, they discuss how they are not a payday loan lender, but rather they do "tribal loans." They state with Uprova, the loans offer no hidden fees, a fixed number of payments, easy loan terms, paying down principles with each payment, no prepayment penalties, and multiple repayment options.

Uprova Reviews

When I am reviewing companies, I do my best to pull reviews from the most unbiased sources. I want to read both the positive and the negative reviews to get a sense of my potential experience.

BBB

I was able to find Uprova on BBB. In the last 3 years, they had received 132 complaints.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find positive reviews on Uprova on their BBB page. The one 5 star review, was actually negative, so it must have been a mistake. Some of the negative reviews discussed that they felt as though they were being scammed. A lot of promises were made but not kept once they started using Uprova for a loan.

Reddit

I was unable to find any Uprova Reddit reviews, besides this one person who posted about their experience. It sounds like they received a mailer from Uprova stating they were qualified for a loan.

I am unsure if Uprova is sending out mailers to a lot of people, because I did not see it mentioned in many reviews, besides the one above.

Google Reviews

On Google reviews, Uprova has a 4.7 out of 5 stars.

On Google, there were both positive and negative reviews. Some stated that they felt scammed, while others felt as though they just did not read the fine print and wished they had. They didn't feel scammed, but rather may have gone with someone else if they had been more careful.

One positive reviewer mentioned that they were in a pinch and that they would recommend only borrowing what you need.

TrustPilot Reviews

I found Uprova on TrustPilot. They received a 4.8 out of 5 stars.

There were both positive and negative reviews to be found. I noticed a lot of reviews given directly after their experience. Not that this is wrong, but rather, I am curious the long term experiences that people have. TrustPilot has loads of positive reviews and it seems as though even the negative reviews can confirm that they did receive the loan.

Other Reviews

I also found Uprova reviews on Consumer Affairs

As shown above, most reviews are 1 star reviews, but some people discussed how thankful they were for receiving the funds so quickly from Uprova.

How Much Does Uprova Cost In Fees?

It will vary case by case on how much Uprova will charge you. It sounds like they charge high interest rates, but I am not 100% sure on that.

What are alternatives to payday loans?

An alternative to a pay day loan are options such as debt management, debt payoff planning, debt settlement or bankruptcy. If you've searched far and wide for a loan and can qualify, consider taking the free debt relief cost calculator below that allows you to compare to other options.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it appears as though Uprova is truly a loan company who can help you receive funds quickly. The only potentially negative things people discussed were the interest rates, and wished they had read the fine print before signing up with Uprova. It may be best before signing up with any company, to read the fine print.
