My family was grappling with the burden of credit card debt. Ben and his assistant Jeffrey from Ascend Finance did an awesome job helping me to find an attorney who could talk with me openly and honestly about Chapter 13 as an option for my financial situation. Before finding out about Ascend's bankruptcy calculators, I was stuck on a wheel of countless offers for consolidation loans, but always steered towards debt settlement or debt management plans over and over again due to my credit score and high utilization percentage. Based on data I entered into Ascend's calculator, Ben and Jeffrey reviewed my situation and quickly connected me with a skillful, experienced bankruptcy attorney. I finally feel like I'm on the best path to being debt free; one that will save me a lot more money than any of the debt settlement or debt management programs that other companies and agencies have offered me... These guys are truly a beacon for those of us with too much debt. From the start where I found Ben on the YouTube channel Ascend I have been treated as a real person by real people. Even getting a personal call helping me figure things out. I went through one of the lawyers recommended by Ascend and as of January 2nd I am debt discharged, and already have a great credit card from Mission Lane for $2000. Things are getting back into place and my life feels so much less stressful due to the weight of debt being off my shoulders.

PLEASE give these guys a call if you are even considering any sort of debt relief be it bankruptcy, consolidation, or whatever other types of debt relief are out there. Hinten was extremely helpful for me! I was about to sign up for a Debt Consolidation Program that was not thoroughly explained to me by the company I was going to sign up with. After speaking with Hinten I am VERY glad I didn’t! He talked through all my options with me as well as the effects they would have on my credit. He ended up connecting me with a non profit Debt Management program that was able to assist me in a much more effective way that won’t negatively impact my credit. I definitely recommend speaking with someone from Ascend before making any major decisions concerning your debt/finances!

I’ve recently given birth, lost my job, and struggled to make ends meet. I ended up being drowned in debt and I started searching for ways to take some weight off then I came across this company. There was a link that brought me to a calculator/questionnaire that basically added up all my debts and asked me a few questions and only took about less than 3 minutes to fill out. In about a hour or two, I received a phone call. I wasn’t able to answer immediately due to my crying newborn but I also received a text message. They really worked around my schedule and my baby’s schedule.

Once I was finally able to get in the phone, they gave me SEVERAL options to see what was best for me. I had no idea what I was doing so they walked me through everything and answered all my questions, which I know was a lot. They referred me and transferred me over to a Resolve Law Group and in a matter of just a few minutes, I felt the greatest relief I’ve ever felt in a very long time. I’m extremely grateful. I 100% recommend this to anybody struggling with debts. The biggest thing that was stressing me out was just taken off my shoulders.

Hinten, called promptly at the scheduled time. He listened to my questions, and had answers ready. He asked questions to make sure he understood completely what I was wanting. If needed I would call again.

This is a wonderful service! no cost to the client... purely informational. This helped my husband and I make the best decision for our family.

Justin was a huge help! Not only did he explain what avenues I had to choose from - but also which each option pro’s and con’s may be. Not overbearing to say the least. Checked every couple days to see if I had decided on a plan and genuinely took an interest into saving money and how to go about it with less fees, credit hits, etc. I will say that I don’t write reviews, but that was needed but only to support Ascend, but to support Justin and his intelligent team.
