Recently, an ad popped up on an Instagram scroll for Zero Debt Veterans debt relief program that caught my attention.
Interestingly, I also found a Zero Debt Truckers debt relief program ad that seemed to be the same brand.
When you press “learn more,” it takes you to a page like the one below. It asks if you’re a trucker (or military veteran). Even if you select no, it will let you continue through the entire form.
The ZeroDebt website has a 3-step process for lower monthly payments on your debt, but doesn’t give much information on what that payment will look like. Unfortunately, it was difficult to gather a ton of information because you had to put personal details in before proceeding.
At the bottom of their page, there is an FAQ section. One thing that stuck out to me was when they mentioned that it is free to use their services. They did mention debt consolidation partners, which makes me think they are advertising debt consolidation as an option.
There are fees associated with debt consolidation, so I am intrigued by this response.
I can explain how debt consolidation/debt relief works, but it would be more helpful if you watched my recent video below.
If you are struggling with debt and don’t know your options, please consider taking this free personal loan and alternatives options calculator to estimate loan qualification and learn about alternatives. No personal information is required unless you want to provide it.
Unfortunately, many people I speak with do NOT qualify for debt consolidation loans, so nonprofit credit counseling is a debt consolidation option that I have loved recently. In non-profit credit counseling, an agency negotiates your interest rates down and gets you on a fixed monthly payment. You also consolidate all your high-interest credit cards, often into a lower monthly payment.
You may have to qualify, but I created this free calculator to compare credit counseling and debt consolidation and estimate your eligibility.
Here's a video I created recently covering credit counseling.
Finally, let’s take a look at ZeroDebt reviews online.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any reviews about ZeroDebt. There are other companies called ZeroDebt, but they are not (from my knowledge) associated with this specific ZeroDebt.
Something I found intriguing about the website was the mention of third-party links. It made me curious about what third-party debt consolidation companies they work with.
You may want to make sure if they do take you to a third party service or link, that you research that company you are referred to, mainly because I could not find many reviews associated with this Zero Debt.
