Apparently, this company may be linked to Oakstone Law Group (our deep dive article), which is one of the entities that Litigation Practice Group transferred accounts to when LPG got sued and filed bankruptcy.

What is Guardian Processing?

Guardian Processing pitches itself as a payment processor, but it's unclear whether it's processing payments for many entities outside of LPG. For example, the most recent website crawls for Guardian Processing per Wayback machine (a website that tracks website changes) was in February 2023.

One of the most interesting things I found on Guardian Processing's careers page. When you look at the Guardian Processing's Career Page, under About the Company, the website doesn't mention Guardian Processing, but it does mention Oakstone Law Group PC.

So, it very much appears to be either the same company as Oakstone Law Group or very closely tied to Oakstone Law Group.

Guardian Processing Reviews

When researching Guardian Processing Reviews, I could not find any instances of reviews for this specific processing company.

There is another Guardian Payment Services in Waco TX that has a BBB page with an A+ rating, but this does not appear to be at all related based on the website.
