Infinite Law Group Phone Number: How Long Have you Been On Hold?

Have you been trying to reach Infinite Law Group's phone number at 866-436-3608, but got stuck on a long hold? Were you unable to reach someone? What now?

If you are having a hard time finding Infinite Law Group online, it is because they rebranded to The Law Firm of Derek Williams, LLC. Their website and their phone system now reflect this, but their website has a warning at the top to let you know.

I attempted to call Infinite Law Group today. I allowed the waiting music to start three times before I hung up. It did not inform me what spot I was in line, but they did inform me that they were experiencing longer wait times than usual. It may have to do with the fact the CFPB lawsuit information is spreading.

We are interested to learn more about your experience and share what we know at at 833-272-3631 as we are learning more from talking to many people.

My call with Infinite Legal Group

You may be wondering what the CFPB lawsuit is that I am referring to. In short terms, as of January 19th, the CFPB is suing Strategic Financial Solutions for illegally swindling consumers by collecting large fees and offering little relief. Infinite Law Group is just one of the many companies mentioned within this lawsuit. In the long list of companies, I noticed Level One Law was on the list. I had a much easier time reaching Level One Law's phone number, where I only waited five minutes before speaking with someone.

The representative at Level One answered my questions and informed me of a few things that may help with Infinite Law Group as well. First, he let me know that they are able to continue their business. He said the CFPB lawsuit was resolved after they were able to explain that they are a debt consolidation company and not a debt collector.

I actually read the entire lawsuit which did not mention anything about them being a debt collector. When I informed him of this, he said that this is what he was told to inform clients who asked.

Cancellation process

Unfortunately, because I was unable to reach Infinite Law Group, I cannot speak with 100% confidence that the cancellation process is exactly the same as Level One.

When I asked the Level One Law representative about how to cancel my account, he told me he had the right to cancel someone's account, all they had to do is call.

I wasn't sure how or when, but he did say that the amount in the escrow account that needed to be refunded would be. But, as I mentioned he gave little detail on that aspect.

Because Infinite Law and Level One are under the same overall management, I have to think they have the same procedure, but you may have to wait the long hold over the phone.
