Rockwell Legal Group Phone Number: How Long Have you Been On Hold?

Have you been trying to reach Rockwell Legal Group's phone number at 844-292-4759, but got stuck on a long hold? Were you unable to reach someone? What now? 

I called Rockwell Legal Group this morning. Unfortunately, I was on hold for around 14-15 minutes. I didn't notice at first, but I realized the automated voice was informing me what spot I was in line before the music would restart. Once I heard I was spot number 51, I decided I didn't want to wait any longer. Over the course of the past couple of weeks, I have been reading about the CFPB lawsuit. Rockwell Legal group is just one of the many companies mentioned within this lawsuit. I noticed Level One Law was also associated with it. Level One Law phone number was much easier to reach, as I only ended up waiting about 5 minutes. 

The representative who took my call informed me that any issue with the CFPB lawsuit had been resolved. Once they were able to clear the air and identify they are a debt consolidation company and not a debt collector, they were able to continue their business as usual. 

I let him know that I had actually read the entire CFPB lawsuit. Within the lawsuit, nothing had stated that Level One Law was a debt collector. He replied that this was what he was told to say by the company. 

The Level One Law representative stated that he had the right to cancel people's accounts over the phone. All you have to do is call Level One Law directly. I assume Rockwell Legal Group potentially has the same process. 

He let me know any money in the escrow account would be refunded but he didn't tell me how or when that would happen. 

Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm if Rockwell and Level One have the same procedure since I was on hold for longer than I wanted to wait.
